- Sagor Catfish roe
- Lime
- Young mango
- Small eggplant
- half inch of turmeric
- Bird's eye chili
- Coconut, grated
- Assam keping (sliced tamarind)

Method
- Soak fish roe with lime juice
- Slice young mango and the small eggplant
- Finely pound turmeric and chili
- Squeeze grated coconut to get the 'santan' milk
- Heat pot and put in pounded turmeric and chili
- Put in mango slices and eggplants. Pour a little bit of water just enough
- Pour in coconut milk and assam keping (sliced tamarind)
- Put in fish roe and cook to boil. Flip the roe to ensure proper heat coverage
- Adjust taste with salt necessarily
- Ready to be served
